We consider that we have sufficient in-house capacity to provide risk management services to our senior employees, who have many years of experience in the entire spectrum of risk management, ranging from the identification of risks to the subsequent analysis and economic control of the risks identified.

The exposure and training received by our staff are extensive and are not confined to Kenya but also within the region and in the international arena. As a minimum, all of our employees are graduates of reputable universities and colleges, and in addition, most of them are professionals in insurance, business, engineering, law, and information technology.
