Insurance is bought because of the indemnity or compensation that is expected in case of loss or damage through misfortunes of perils such as fire, theft, accidents, or potential legal liabilities. Loss, damage, or accidents lead to loss of use and cause business interruptions and financial hardship to individuals or organizations.
The bonus of providing full particulars and proof of loss rests squarely with the insured who must prove to the insurer that a loss has been sustained by an insured peril.
Claims are settled quite amicably within a reasonable time upon receipt of documentation to support the claim. At AMRO INSURANCE BROKERS, we have a fully fledged claims department, which ensures that, in the event of loss, the insurer on record processes the claim quickly and indemnifies the insured to take them back to the position just before the loss or damage occurred.
The restored position gives peace of mind, which enables the insured to concentrate on other national building activities. It is our usual practice to work closely with the insurer’s appointed loss investigators, loss assessors, and loss adjustors in the process of claims and adjustments.
