In this regard, we have efficient Computer Software, the Advanced Information Management System developed by Birthmark Systems Limited. The management of Amro Insurance Brokers Ltd does recognize Management Information Technology as an integral part of corporate planning as it facilitates the sharing of information amongst the functional lines Underwriting Claims and Accounts.

We have therefore developed an in-house package that facilitates efficiency and service delivery in the following areas:-

Underwriting

The system created an underwriting Module that facilitates, quotations Placing business, renewals and policy Alterations.

Claims
The system creates a claims module to facilitate claims administration and processing.

Accounts
It also creates an accounting module that facilitates financial efficiency as concerns debits, credit and policy refund.
